Lady Flo'rae is offering a 6 months warranty on our preserved flowers arrangements.

 

Which preserved flowers arrangements are under warranty?

Preserved flowers arrangements that are covered under warranty will be stated in the product's description - "Protected under Lady Flo'rae's 6-months warranty ".

 

How long is the warranty?

Our warranty is for 6 months from date of delivery or date when the preserved flowers arrangement is ready for collection.

 

What does the warranty include?

Our warranty includes unlimited preserved flowers repairs and 1-time preserved flowers replacement. Please note that the warranty is only applicable for the preserved flowers and not the accessories/glass jars/domes/bases.

 

What's the difference between a repair and a replacement?

Loose or fallen out preserved flowers from the arrangements can be fixed by repairing. If the preserved flowers are beyond repair, e.g. withered, torn, etc., we will provide a 1-time replacement for free.

 

How to request for repairs / replacement?

Please write to support@ladyflorae.com for enquiries or to organise for a repair / replacement request. 

To be eligible for repair/ replacement under warranty, please ensure that your preserved flowers arrangement is still under warranty of 6 months.

You will be responsible for all shipping charges associated with the repairs/ replacement. You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your preserved flowers arrangement.

 

Can I request for repairs / replacements if my preserved flowers arrangement is not under warranty?

Yes, you can, but the repairs/ replacements will be chargeable. For any repair/ replacement services not under warranty, there will be a SGD$20 diagnosis/administration fee for each request. After reviewing the damages, we will inform you about the repair/ replacement costs required before we proceed with the repair/ replacement. Similarly, you will be responsible for all shipping charges associated with the repair/replacement.
