How do I order?
For Customise Your Own arrangements, please contact us to get a quotation from us. An advance order for customisation is advisable as each arrangement will take about 3-5 working days for handcrafting upon receiving payment. There will be an additional $30 surcharge for urgent orders if we are able to slot your arrangement into our schedule. Click here for more details on Customise Your Own.
For other arrangements / products, you can order directly from our website. Please note that each arrangement will take about 3-5 working days for handcrafting, depending on the arrangement size. Do indicate in the "Add a note to your order" in your shopping cart if you need the arrangements / products by a certain date. We will contact you as soon as we can once we received your order to arrange for collection / delivery.
How do I know if Lady Flo’rae has received my order?
You will receive an order confirmation email with your purchase details.
What should I do if I want to amend my order?
If you would like to change your order, please contact us at orders@ladyflorae.com or message us at +65-88009006. Changes can only be made within 24 hours from the time of purchase.
How long does it take for the recipient to receive the order?
It typically takes approximately 1 to 2 weeks for the recipient to receive the arrangement(s) after ordering from us. All our arrangements are handcrafted upon your order. It takes about 3-5 working days for handcrafting, depending on the size of your arrangement. We will contact you as soon as we can once we received your order to arrange for collection / delivery.
If you need the item(s) urgently, we provide expedited service for a small fee.

Do you have a physical store?
No, we do not have a physical store at the moment. All of our arrangements are handcrafted upon order, hence there are limited arrangements for viewing.

What are the payment modes available?
We accept payment by credit card (Visa, Master, AMEX), PayPal and PayNow.
For PayNow
PayNow to UEN 53385282W and ensure the entity name is Lady Flo'rae before confirming the transfer. Please send a screenshot of the completed PayNow transaction and your order number to +65-88009006 for payment confirmation.
Note: Please complete your payment on the same day as your order else it will be cancelled.

Warranty, Repairs & Replacement Policy
What is Lady Flo'rae 6-months warranty policy about?
We are offering 6 months warranty to your purchased preserved flowers arrangement from date of delivery or date when the preserved flowers arrangement is ready for collection. Our warranty includes unlimited repairs and 1-time preserved flowers replacement. Please note that the warranty is only applicable selected arrangments and only for the preserved flowers and not the accessories/glass jars/domes/bases.
